8 Safety Precautions Viewing 3D Content Content for 3D viewing includes commercially available Blu-ray discs, 3D broadcasts, etc. When preparing your own 3D content, ensure that it is properly produced. Do not use the 3D Eyewear if you have a history of over-sensitivity to light, heart problems, or have any other existing medical conditions.
