Th e printer op erates on a modifie d Microsof t Windows CE platform. Information in this d ocument supercedes informat ion in previous versions.

You can us e the pri nter in Ad-Ho c (peer-to -peer) or Infrastructu re (access p oint) wireless mode.

Specify th e wireless operating mode (Ad-Hoc or Infrastruct ure) and your country of operatio n, if nec essary.
Configuring Wireless Settings 3-9 Setting a Password You can set or change the Fusi on access passwo rd. The defaul t is no password. Note: Make a note of the pa ssword if you change i t. Setting a password restricts all acc ess to wireles s features.

Using Printer Diagnostics 4-5 Select: The follow ing label prints: Contrast Use the arro w keys to change the print contrast . The higher the numbe r, the dark er the print; the lower the numb er, the light er the print . The print contrast controls the darkness of th e printing on yo ur supply.

The valid ra nge is between 3.0 an d 5.0. If the sensor is covered by a black m ark, the v alid range is betwee n 0 and 1.

Code 39 Allows the scanner to scan Code 39 bar codes . Transmit CD Tells the scanner t o return the check digit with the data when a Code 39 bar code is scanned.
5-10 System Administrator’s Guide Lengths Sets the length(s) for Code 39 bar codes. Variable, specifies that Code 39 bar codes can be a ny length. Note: Le ngths include check digits. 1 Fixed, specifies a single leng th for valid Code 39 bar codes. The range for Length 1 is 2 – 99.
