7 P enta ™ T ube Amplifier The new all-analog Peavey Penta is a straight-forward, all-tube 140 watt guitar amplifier that captures the sound and feel of five distinctly different amplifiers that rival the world’ s most expensive “boutique” amplifiers.
8 High Gain Input (1) This is the normal input for most guitars. It is 6 dB hotter than the Low Gain Input (2). Lo w Gain Input (2) This is provided for instruments that have extremely high output levels. Gain (3) This controls the input volume of the amplifier and adjusts the amount of preamp distor tion.
9 Standby (10) This switch is used to allow the tubes to warm up before the amplifier is activated. It is advisable to allow for three minutes of tube warm-up time before engaging the Standby switch. Pow er (11) This switch provides AC power to the transformer .
10 R ear Panel-Domestic F ootswitch (12) This 1/4" mono jack is provided for use with a single-button footswitch. This creates the capability to switch from the Pentatone™ setting on the front to the setting on the back. Without the footswitch, only the front Pentatone setting will function.

13 P enta ™ Röhrenverstärker Der neue vollanaloge Peavey Penta ist ein schnörkelloser Gitarren-V ollröhrenverstärker mit 140 Watt, der den Klang und das Spielgefühl von fünf völlig unterschiedlichen V erstärkern wiedergibt, die mit den weltweit teuersten Spitzenverstärkern konkurrieren.
14 High-Gain-Eingang (1) Dies ist der übliche Eingang für die meisten Gitarren. Er ist um 6 dB lauter als der Low-Gain-Eingang (2). Low-G ain-Eingang (2) Zum Anschließen von Instrumenten mit extrem hohen Ausgangspegeln. Es empfiehlt sich, die Röhren drei Minuten warm werden zu lassen, bevor der Standby-Schalter eingeschaltet wird. Pow er (11) Über diesen Schalter wird die Wechselstromv ersorgung des T rafos eingeschaltet.
16 Rückseite (USA) F ußschalter (12) Über diese 6,3-mm-Mono-Klinkenbuchse wird der Eintasten-Fußschalter angeschlossen. So kann von der Pentatone™-Einstellung auf der V orderseite zur Einstellung auf der Rückseite umgeschaltet werden. Ohne Fußschalter arbeitet nur die vordere Pentatone-Einstellung.
17 Rückseite (Expor t) F ußschalter (12) Über diese 6,3-mm-Mono-Klinkenbuchse wird der Eintasten-Fußschalter angeschlossen. So kann von der Pentatone™-Einstellung auf der V orderseite zur Einstellung auf der Rückseite umgeschaltet werden. Ohne Fußschalter arbeitet nur die vordere Pentatone-Einstellung.

20 Entrée de haut gain (1) Ceci est l’entrée normale destinée à la pluspar t des guitares. Il est supérieur de 6 dB à l’entrée de faible gain (2). Entrée de faible gain (2) Ceci est prévu pour les guitares ayant un haut niveau de sor tie.
21 Standby (10) Cet intérrupteur s’utilise pour conserver la température des tubes avant d’activer l’amplificateur . Il est recommandé de laisser chauffer les tubes pour une durée minimum de trois minutes avant d’activer le standby . Pow er (11) Cet intérrupteur permet la mise sous tension de l’amplificateur .
22 Paneau arrière (US) Pédalier de contrôle (12) Cette entrée mono jack de 1/4" est prévue pour utiliser un footswitch à un bouton. Ceci crée la possibilité de passer de la tonalité sélectionné sur le panneau avant à celle choisie sur le panneau arrière.
