EN-23 Taking Underwater Images Choose one of the un derwater scene modes availabl e in this camera by following the step s in “Setting the Scene Mode ” . Before using the ca mera underwater , make sure to read and understand the information in “Import ant Information on Underwater I nstructions”.
EN-24 VIDEO MODE Recording Video Clips This mode allows you to re cord video clip s at a resoluti on of VGA 640 x 480 / Q VGA 320 x 240 pixels. 1. T oggle th e MODE button to [ B ]. 2. Compose the image. 3. Press the shu tter button. The recording will start.

EN-27 Attaching Voice Memos A maximum of 30 seco nds of audio can be recorde d as a memo for capt ured still images. The vo ice memo can be rec orded only onc e. 1. Pres s the [ 7 ] butt on. The last image appears on t he screen. 2. Se lect the imag e to which you wa nt to attach the vo ice memo with th e e / f buttons.
EN-28 Protecting Images T o prevent images f rom accidentall y being erased , follow the steps below: 1. Press the [ 7 ] button. 2. Sel ect the image th at you want to prot ect with the e / f buttons . 3. Press the MENU button. 4. Select [Protect] wit h the c / d buttons, and press the SET b utton.
