User Guide SoundPoint IP 560 Phone 3 - 10 Putting a Call on Hold During a call, press or the Hold soft key. This will be i ndicated on the graphic display by the hold icon as the line indicator. Press again or the Resume soft key to retrieve the call.
Using the Basic Features of Y our SoundPoint IP® 560 Phone 3 - 11 Setting Up a Conference You can create a conference with other parties using the phone’s local conference feature. A conference may be creat ed at any time between an active call and a call on hold (on the same or another line) by pressing the More and Join soft keys.
