10 ADJUSTING THE HA NDLE WA R N I N G : When adjus ting the han- dle, be s ure it remains abov e t he s afety label and below t he mark or arrow on t he s haft. 1. Loosen wing nut on handle. 2. Rotate the handle on the s haft to an up- right pos ition; retighten w ing nut.

16 ENGINE S Remov e s park plug and pour 1 t eas poon of 40 :1 , 2- cycle engine oil ( air cooled) thr ough the spar k plug opening. Slow ly pull the st arter rope 8 to 10 times to dis tr ibute oil. S Replac e s park plug with new one of rec om- mended ty pe and heat r ange.
