S Pull the chok e/fast idle l ever out to the ful l extent, then push the lever bac k in com- pletely (to the OFF posi tion).
11 S Keep t he engine at full speed the ent ire time you are cutti ng. S Allow the chai n t o cut for y ou. Ex ert only light downward pressu re. If y ou force the cut, damage t o the bar , chain, or en- gine c an result. S Release the throt tle t rigger as soon as the cut is complet ed, allowing the en- gine to idle.
