11 Ad j u s t m e n t s Main Belt T en sion 1. Di sconnect m achi ne fr o m pow er source. 2. Open bac k panels t o ex pos e t he m otor, pull eys and belt s, as shown i n Fi gure 10. Loosen hex nut (F ig. 11) and t urn the adjust ment s crew as needed t o adj us t t he tensi on.
12 Feed Speed The f eed s peed adj uster i s f ound below the gearbox (Figur e 13). F eed speed s ho ul d be adjust ed whil e the machine i s running and t he ca ter pi llar is in m o tio n . Tur n adjuster c lockwi s e t o decrease f eed speed, count ercloc kw i s e to incr ease.
