128-7131 7 of 16 Custom Code Programming Example: T o Change the code from the factory pre-assigned code of 1 1 to “52” you would do the following: 1. Disarm the system by use of the transmitter , or by use of the emergency override sequence. 2. Turn the ignition switch to the on position.

128-7131 10 of 16 Included with your system is a two way remote transceiver that makes use of a LCD screen to indicate certain that the vehicle reacted to commands that you executed from the hand held transmitter(s). Shown below are these screens for reference.
128-7131 11 of 16 If the alarm system has been triggered, the icon displayed on the transmitter LCD will in- dicate which zone has been activated, as well sound the beep tones, or vibrate dependent upon the setting as shown above. The fol- lowing trigger patterns will be displayed.
128-7131 12 of 16 When the vehicle is armed, and the vibration sensor input is active, the transmitter will chirp 3 times, the lights will flash, and then the dis- play will flash as shown. When the input or the zone clears, the transmitter will chirp 1 time, and the display will clear .
128-7131 13 of 16 Parking Meter Counter: The transmitter has a built in clock that can count down from 10, 20, 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes. This feature is useful when parking the vehicle in a metered parking lot. If the time on the parking meter is 30 minutes, you can set the count down timer to 20 minutes.
