PLACING CHICKENS ON THE SPIT RODS There are two ways to load the Spit Rods #1 Hold the tied poultry or meat down securely wi th one hand while firmly pushing the Spi t Rods into the bird, through the mea ty portion of the breast area . The Spit Rods are sha rp so always be careful n ot to puncture your hand.
