10 TO C LEAN After regular use: Unplug from outlet and allow unit to cool for 10 minutes. T horoughly clean Thermal Car afes, T hermal Carafe Cov ers and Filter Baskets in warm soap y water . Rinse well and dry thoroughly . Wipe unit with a soft cloth to dry .
9 BREWING TEA T his unit is ideal for serving a “mixed” crowd: tea drinkers and coffee drinkers. When brewing tea, make sure that your Filter Basket and Carafe are thoroughly clean. If the unit has been used previously for coffee, wash the pieces with w arm, soapy water and rinse well.

7 9. Carefully grasp the Handle of the T hermal Carafe(s) to mo ve F ilter Basket(s) with Co ver(s) and place in position on the Non-Stick W arming Plate. (See Figure 1) 10. Press the P ower Switch(es) to the ON (“I”) position. When pressed, the Switch will illuminate, indicating the brewing process has started.
