34 English Setup Before Starting (Initial Settings) After plugging in the player, the first time you press the POWER button, this screen comes up. Press the ▲▼ buttons to select the desired language, then press the ENTER button. Press the ENTER button to select Start .

If the TV uses a language supported by the player, that language will be set to a preferred language automatically. Using the player under strong fluorescent lighting, in a car, near a TV or magnetic object may cause recorded images to deteriorate. If you are not going to use the player for prolonged period of time, unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
