Connections Connecting to a TV Connect an HDMI cable (not supplied) fr om the HDMI OUT jack on the back of the pr oduct to the HDMI IN jack on your TV . - Do not connect the power cord to the wall outlet until you have made all the other connections. - When you change the connections, turn off all devices before you start.

Once the player is con nected t o the network, you can enjoy various movie-related service contents using a BD-LIVE compliant disc. Attach a USB memory stick to the USB jack on the fr ont of the player , and then check its remaining memory.
Change the 4-digit password used to access security functions. T o change the PIN, follow these steps: Select Change PIN, and then press the v button. The Enter old PIN screen appears. Enter the old PIN.
Media Play Playing a Commercially Recorded Disc Press the 8 button to open the disc tray. Place a disc gently into the disc tray with the disc's label facing up. Press the 8 button to close the disc tray. Playback starts automatically.
The player does not play sound in Search, Slow, or Step mode. ● T o return to normal speed playback, press the 6 button. 6 Starts playback. 5 Stops playback.
During Playlist playback, press the button.
With the Playback scr een displayed, Use the ▲▼◀▶ buttons to select a file you want to copy, and then press the button. A check appears to the left of the file. Repeat Step 4 to select and check additional files.

PROBLEM SOLUTION F orgot password ● Press the button (on the fr ont panel) for more than 5 seconds with no disc inside. All settings including the password will revert to the factory settings. Don’t use this unless absolutely necessary. ● When the factory default settings are r estored, all stored user BD data is deleted.
PROBLEM SOLUTION I cannot connect to the BD-LIVE server . ● Check whether the network connection is working or not by accessing Network Status in Network Settings (Settings > Network Settings > Network Status). ● Check whether the USB memory device is connected to the player .
