13 12 Using with a PC ● Connect it using the correct ends of the USB cable. Y ou can copy recordings from your Voice yepp to a PC or vice versa by using the V oice yepp program and installing a USB driver . Y ou can also record, play and edit recordings on these devices and transmit voice files attached to e-mails.
15 14 Connecting to a PC Using the USB Cable 1 Connect the USB cable to the USB port on your PC. 2 Connect the opposite end of the USB cable to the USB cable port at the top of your V oice yepp. ● The Power of yepp will automatically turn on. 3 The message ‘Searching for new device’ indicates the USB driver will be installed.
17 16 Turn the power on , connect it to a PC and install as instructed below: For Win 98 Insert the installation CD into the CD-ROM drive Location of the USB driver [CD ROM]D:Driver for win98 ❿ Click [Finish] and restart the system.
19 18 Downloading/Uploading files Notes for Downloading or Uploading Files ● “USB WRITING” is displayed on the main body during uploading or downloading. When complete, “USB ST AND-BY” will be displayed. Disconnect the USB cable when “USB ST AND-BY” is displayed.
20 21 Opening a File Press the Open button in the main window and the File Open dialog box will appear as shown below . ● Y ou are automatically moved to VOICE MODE or CAM MODE when you click to open a voice or cam file. E-Mailing ● Select a voice file to attach to the e-mail by pressing the Open button.

V oice Recording 25 T urning V oice yepp On 24 ● Recording can commence while the power is off by pushing the Record switch in the direction of the arrow . ● The power will be automatically turned off when the V oice yepp is left idle for longer than 1 minute.
27 Playing a File 26 1 Press and hold the Play/Pause ( ) button to turn on the Voice yepp. 2 Select a file for playing by pressing the Folder button. ● The folders will appear in the order of A ➔ B ➔ C ➔ D ➔ E ➔ MP3, each time you press the button.
29 28 T o Delete a Music or V oice File: 1 Press and hold the Play/Pause ( ) button to turn on the V oice yepp. 2 Select the folder containing the files to be deleted by pressing the Folder button. 3 Press the Delete button once. 4 Select the file to be deleted by pressing the switch.

35 34 LCD LIGHT BEEP Mode 1 Press the Menu button, and select LCD LIGHT by using the Play/Pause ( ) button. 2 Select a color by using the button. ● GREEN: green LCD ● ORANGE: orange LCD ● BLUE: blue LCD ● OFF: The LCD light will not illuminate 3 Press the Menu button to save the setup.
