14 _ the basics RESETTING THE SYSTEM If your MP3 player won’t turn on, won’t play music, or isn’t recognized by your computer when you connect it, you may have to reset the system. Press the Reset hole at the bottom of the player with a pointed object such as a safety clip.

DISABLING THE BUTTONS The hold function disables all the other buttons on the MP3 player , so that if you accidentally touch one your music won’t be interrupted.
