6 1. Before assemb ling this product, make sure y ou have read and under stand the information in the bo x above. Inser t a 1 3/4” Slotted Square Inner Cap (50) into the Bench F rame (5). Place the Bench F rame (5) in the brack et (A) on the F ront Leg (4) and attach it with three M8 x 16mm Bolts (39) and three M8 Washers (21).
7 3. Press a 2” Square Inner Cap (29) into the low er end of the Right Upright (9). Attach the Right Upright (9) to the Right Base (7) with a Suppor t Plate (28), two M8 x 65mm Bolts (42) and two M8 Nylon Loc knuts (40). 4. Inser t an M8 x 55mm Carr iage Bolt (47) through the front hole in each Base (6, 7).
8 7. Inser t a 1” Square Inner Cap (32) into the open end of each Backrest T ube (13, 14). Inser t a 10mm Plastic Bushing (35) into each end of the welded tubes on the Bac krest T ubes (13, 14) as shown in the inset dr awing. Identify the Left (13) and Right (14) Backrest T ube.
9 12. Lubricate an M10 x 70mm Bolt (41). Attach the Leg Le ver (3) to the br ack et (F) on the F ront Leg (4) with the Bolt and an M10 Nylon Lockn ut (49). Attach the Leg Le ver Loc k (2) to the F ront Leg (4) with an M8 x 58mm Bolt (38), an M8 Washer (21) and an M8 Nylon Lockn ut (40).

11 ADJUSTING THE WEIGHT BENCH FOR SQU A T EXERCISES T o perform squat or toe raise e x ercises, f old the Backrest (23) to the upright position as descr ibed abov e. Remov e the Adjustment T ube (12). Mov e the W eight Rests (11) to one of the highest posi- tions (see ADJUSTING THE WEIGHT RESTS earlier in this section).
12 A TT A CHING WEIGHTS TO THE LEG LEVER T o use the Leg Lev er (3), slide the desired amount of weight (not included) onto the Weight T ube (E). W ARNING: Do not place more than 130 pounds on the leg lever . E 3 ADJUSTING THE SEA T INCLINE Some e xercises can be perf or med more comfortably when the Seat (22) has a slight incline.
