Make a short angle cut and break out clean ly . With bucket level, st art a cut at notch approximately 2 inche s deep.

OPERA TION LOADING LOW TRUCKS OR SPREADE RS FROM A PILE For faster loading, minimize angle of turn and length of run between pile and spreader . Back grade occasionally with a loaded bucket to keep working surface free of rut s and holes.

Do not use bucket in dumped position for bulldozing. This method, shown above, will impose severe shock loadings on dump linkage, bucket cylinder and tractor .

Sharp point s on bale spear can cause serious injur y or death. Because of size and we ight of large bales, e xtreme care must be t aken in handling them.
