Thank you for purchasing this SHARP product. To obtain the best performance from this product, please read this manual carefully. It will guide you in operating your SHARP product. ● XL-UH12H Micro Component System consisting of XL-UH12H (main unit) and CP-UH12H (speaker system).

E-9 To receive an FM stereo transmission: ● Press the FUNCTION button to select FM ST (FM STEREO) mode and “ST” i nd i cato r w i ll be d i splayed . “” w i ll appear when an FM broadcast i s i n stereo . ● If the FM recept i on i s weak, press the FUNCTION button to ext i ng u i sh the “ST” i nd i cator .
E-10 To stop the ASPM operation before it is complete: Press the RDS (ASPM) b utton wh i lst i t i s scann i ng f or stat i ons . The stat i ons wh i ch are already stored i n memo r y w i ll be kept there . Notes: ● Any stat i on wh i ch has th e same frequency as t he one stored i n memory w i ll not be stored .
E-11 In th i s example , the clock i s set f or the 24-hour (00 : 00) d i spla y . To confirm the time display: [When the un i t i s i n the stand-b y mode] Press the (TIMER)/CLOCK b utton . The t i me d i spla y w i ll appear f or about 5 seconds . [When the po wer i s on] Press the (TIMER)/CLOCK b utton .
E-12 Cancelling the timer setting: Press and hold down the (TIMER)/CLO CK button unt i l “ONCE” or “D AIL Y” appears then press MEMOR Y button . The un i t d i spla y shows “OFF” . The rad i o , compact d i sc, USB and AUDI O IN can all be turned off automat i cally .
