Introduction 1. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFE AND PR OPER USE THIS MANUAL IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE APP LIANCE AND THEREFORE MUST BE KEPT IN ITS ENTIRETY AND IN A N ACCESSIBLE PLACE FOR THE WHOLE WORKING LIFE OF THE COOKER. WE ADVISE READING THIS MANUAL AND ALL THE INSTR UCTIONS THEREIN BEFORE USING THE COOKER.
Introduction THE I.D. PLATE WITH TECHNICAL DATA, REGISTRATION NUMBER AND BRAND NAME IS POSITIONED VISIBLY IN THE STORAGE COMPARTMENT. THE PLATE MUST NOT BE REMOVED. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APPLIANCE ON A RAISED PLATFORM. DURING USE THE APPLIANCE BECOMES VERY HOT.

Instructions for the installer 11 4. FINAL OPERA TIONS After replacing the nozzles, repositi on the flame-spre ader crowns, the burner caps and the grids. After adjustment to a different kind of gas from the one for which the cooker has been tested, replace the plate insi de the storage compartment with one corresponding to the new kin d of gas.

Instructions for the user 16 5.2.2 Semiautomatic cooking Use this setting for automatic oven switch-off at the end of cooking time. By pressing key , the display lights up, showing ; keep the key pressed and at the same time, press keys o to set the cookin g time.

USE OF THE COOKING HOB 6.1 Lighting of the cooking hob burners Before lighting the hob burn ers check that the flame caps are in the correct position and that th eir burner caps are in place, making s ure that the holes A in the flame caps correspon d to the spark plugs and thermocouples.
Instructions for the user 19 7. USE OF THE O VENS 7.1 Warnings and general advice Before using the oven for the first time, pre-heat it to maximum temperature (250°C) lo ng enough to burn any man ufacturing oily residues which could give the food a bad taste.
Instructions for the user 20 7.4 Storage compartment The storage drawer is at the bottom of the cooker, underneath the oven. For access, pull the bottom of the door. Never store inflammable materials such as rags, paper or the like. The compartment is intended only for holdin g the metal accessories of the range.
Instructions for the user 21 8. A V AILABLE ACCESSORIES The oven features 4 support positions for plates and racks of different height. Oven grill: for cooking food on plates, small cakes, roasts or food requiring light grillin g. Plate grill: for placing above plate for cooking foods that might drip.
Instructions for the user 22 9. COOKING HINTS In fan-assisted mode pr eheating shou ld be carried out at 30/40°C above the cooking temperature. Thi s cons iderably shortens cook ing times and reduces power consumpti on, as well as giving better cooking results.
Instructions for the user 23 9.2 Hot-air cooking (main oven) FUNCTION SWITCH THERMOSTAT SELECTOR SWITCH FROM 50° TO 250°C This system is suitable for cooking on sever al levels, including different types of food (fish, meat etc.), without the tastes and smells mingling.
Instructions for the user 24 9.4 Hot-air grilling (main oven) FUNCTION SWITCH THERMOSTAT SWITCH FROM 50° TO 200°C Ensures uniform heat distrib ution with greater heat p enetration into the food. Food will be lightly brow ned on the outside and remain soft inside.
Instructions for the user 25 9.6 Defrosting (main oven) FUNCTION SWITCH THERMOSTAT SWITCH IN POSITION 0 The flow of air produced by th e fan ensures quicker defrosti ng. The air circulating inside the o v en is at room temperature. The advantage of defrosting at room te mperature is that it does not alter the taste and appear ance of the food.

Close the door to an angle of about 45°, lift it and remove it from its seat. To replace, fit the hi nges into the grooves pr ovided, then lower the door until it comes to rest and extract the pins.
