After adjusting for use of a gas other than t he gas used for testing the appliance, replace the gas setting label on the applianc e with the label for the new gas.

USING THE O VENS Precautions and General Advice When the oven is used for the first time, it shoul d be heated to the maximum temperature (250-220°C) for long enou gh to burn off any oily residues left by the manufacturing proces s, which might contaminate foods with unpleasant smells.
Instructions for the User 8. USING THE "PIZZA" FUNCTION This appliance is eq uipped with a function specially developed for cooking p izza. This function is identified by th e symbol on the oven functions knob. To cook a pizza, proceed as described below.
