Introduction 4 1. INSTR UCTIONS FOR SAFE AND PROPER USE THIS MANUAL IS AN INTEGRAL P ART OF THE APPLIANCE AND THEREFORE MUST BE KEPT IN ITS ENT IRETY AND IN AN ACCESSIBLE PLACE FOR THE WHOLE WORKING LIFE OF THE COOKER. WE ADVISE READING THIS MANUAL AND ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS THERE IN BEFORE USING THE COOKER.

Instructions for the installer 6 2. INST ALLA TION OF THE APPLIANCE It is the law that all gas appliances are installed by authorised persons . Clearance around the cooker must comply with the requirements of AS5601.
Instructions for the installer 7 2.2 Gas connection This appliance is suitable for installation with Natural Gas or ULPG (propane). Refer to page 12 for the relevant burner pressure and appropriate injector sizes. When the appliance is to be connected to Natural Gas then the pressure regulator supplied must be fitted to the gas inlet.

For proper operation of a gas appliance it is essential for the air necessary for combustion of the gas to be able to flow naturally into the room.

Instructions for the user 24 9.3 Use of the gas oven 9.3.1 Electronic spark lighting Open the oven door completely , press the thermostat knob and turn it clockwise to max. temperature. The electronic spark lig h ting device will be enabled automatically .
Instructions for the user 25 9.5 Use of the gas grill 9.5.1 Manual lighting of the gas grill burner Having opened the oven do or , press the knob and turn it clockwise to the grill position, placing a lit match to the burner on the r oof of the oven. Once the burner is lit, hold the knob down for about 10 seconds.
Instructions for the user 26 9.5.6 Using the leteral rotisserie Fit the supporting frame onto the second runner up from the bottom so that the seat to take the rod projects outside the oven. Instructions for the user 35 13.4 Oven do or gaskets The door gaskets can be dismantled for thorough cleaning of the ovens. Before removing the gaskets the oven doors must be removed as previously described. With the doors removed, raise the tabs at the corners as shown in the figure.
