40 Instructions f or the User 7.2 Semiautomatic cooking This function only switches the ov en off automa tically at the en d of the cooking time. Press the k ey and the display will light up showing the figures ; keep it pressed, and at the same time use the value modification k eys or to set the cooking duration.

In minute minder mode , the system will not cut out operation of the ov en at the end of the set time. 7.5 End of cooking At the end of the cooking time the oven will s witch off automatically and simultaneously a buzz er will star t to sound in on-off mode.

46 Instructions f or the User 10.3 Delicate cook ing FUNCTION SELECT OR THERMOST A T 50 ÷ 250 °C This type of cooking, for which it is e xtremely impor tant to preheat the ov en in fan mode, is particul arly suitable for finishing cooking of foods under neath, or for processes which require heat ma inly from below .

51 Instructions f or the User 11.4 Cleaning the o ven To keep the oven in good condition, it must be clean ed regularly, after allowing it to cool down. Remove all removable parts. • Clean the oven shelv es with hot water and non-abrasive detergents, rinse an d dr y .

EXTRA ORDINAR Y MAINTENANCE Occasionally , the ov en will require minor ser vicing procedures or the replacement of par ts subject to wear and tear , such as gaskets, light bulbs, etc. The specific operations fo r each procedure o f this kind are provided below .
54 Instructions f or the Installer 12.2 Removi ng the door Lift the le vers B and take hold of the two sides of the door with both hands close to the hinges A . Raise the door to an angle of about 45° and remove it. T o reassemble , fit the hinges A into their groov es, then lower the door into place and engage the lev ers B .

INST ALLING THE APPLIANCE 13.1 Electrical connection The nameplate with the technica l data, ser ial number and mar k is in a visible position on the ov en door frame. The nameplate must nev er be removed. The appliance must be connected to ear th in compliance with electrical system safety regulations.
56 Instructions f or the Installer 13.1.1 Ovens w ith hob controls On ov ens with hob controls the power suppl y lead is not supplied . Use a H05RR-F or H05RN-F r ubber cable and when positioning it ensure that it does not touch the metal par ts of the applia nce's e xtern al casing.

Comply with the dimensions shown in figures 1 , 2 , and 3 . When installing und er worktops, comply with th e dimensions shown in figure 1 - 3 .
