Installation instructions 2. Installation and hook-up Remove th e polystyrene basket retainer s. Position the appl iance in th e desired plac e of instal lation. The bac k or sides o f the di shwasher may be placed up against w alls or other furniture units.

User instructions 3. Operating instructions Once the di shwasher ha s been correctly insta lled, prepare for use as follows: • Adjust the water softeni ng system; • Add the rege nerating sa lt; • Add the rin se aid and deter gent.

User instructions ADDING THE RINSE AID The rinse aid helps the dishes dry faster and prevents the formatio n of scale depos its and staining; it is automat ically added to the water during the fin al rinse cyc le, from the cont ainer situated on t he inner si de of the door .

Long items of cutlery (ladles, wooden spoon s, kitchen kn ives, etc.), which mi ght interfere w ith the upper spray arm must be placed in the upper basket , ensuring that kn ife tips d o not project fro m the basket.
User instructions UPPER BASKET It is recom mended to lo ad the upper basket with small- or medi um-sized items s uch as gl asses, smal l plates, tea or coffee cup s, shallow bow ls and light object s made fro m heat resistant plastic.
