Z 88 9 Gett ing familiar wit h t he control pane l Getting st arted: Power the treadmill on by pl ugging it i nto an appropriate wall outlet, then turn on the po wer switc h locat ed at the f ront of the treadmill below the motor hood. E nsure that t he s afety key i s i ns talled, as the treadmil l wil l not power on wi thou t it.
Z 88 10 Quick-St art Oper ation: STEP 1: Atta ch the Safety key to wak e di spl ay up (if not already on). STEP 2: Press the St art key to begin belt movement, th en adjus t t o the de s ired s peed u s ing t he Fast / Slow ke ys (cons ole or han dgrip).

Z 88 14 Belt and Bed - Your treadmill us es a very high-efficient l ow-fri c tion bed. Performanc e is maxi mi zed when the be d is kept a s clean as po ss ible. Use a s oft, damp cloth or paper towe l to wi pe the e dge of the b el t and the area between the bel t edge and fra m e.

Th ere a re commercially ava i lable l ube kits, but the only one c urrently approv ed by S piri t is L ube-N-Wa lk.
