10 Model 1 42 Op erati ng Pro ced ures 120501 Section 6 Operating Procedures The M odel 142 has a 1.5 quar t ( 1.4 liter) capac ity fr eezing cy linder . The m ix f lows f rom the hopper t o the freez ing cylinder t hrough a f eed tube. The mix flow is control led by gravity .
11 Model 1 42 Operati ng P roced ures 120501 Step 4 Slide the f ront bear ing ov er the baffle rod s o the flanged edge is against the door. Place the white plasti c guide bearing on t he end of t he baffle r od. Do not lubrica te the fr ont bear ing or guide bea ring.

I f product is not dis pensed f or long periods of time ( i.e. ; early morning hour s), t he ST ANDBY feat ure will maint ain the hopper and f reezing c ylinder pr oduct at saf e temper atur es and prevent product br eakdown.
