5 EN General Contr ols Remote Control on / eco - When the unit is on, press to enter ECO mode. When the unit is in standby mode, press to turn the unit on . r epeat - Repeats a track or CD in CD mode. intro - T urns intro mode on or off to play the first 10 seconds of each track in CD mode.
6 EN Settings Display Setting the Clock 1. Press CLOCK•TIMER once to display clock time. 2. Press TUNING - or + on the main unit or tune or on the remote control to set the hour and then press PROG•SET•CLEAR to shift to minute digits. 3. Press TUNING - or + on the main unit or tune or on the remote control to set the minute.
7 EN Settings Sleep Mode Y ou can select the time interval in minutes before the unit turns off automatically . Press SLEEP on the remote to select among OFF , 90, 80, 70, 60, 50, 40, 30, 20 and 10 minutes. (Remote Only) V iew Remaining Sleep Time When sleep is activated, press SLEEP once to view remaining sleep time.
8 EN CD Player This unit is compatible with CD-RW/ CD-R discs for playback. Loading Discs 1. Press CD to select CD mode. 2. Press CD DOOR OPEN•CLOSE on the top of the unit to open the CD door . 3. Insert a disc with the label facing up. 4. Press CD DOOR OPEN•CLOSE to close the CD door .
9 EN CD Player Sampling T racks Press INTRO to play the first 10 seconds of each track on the current disc, all discs in the tray , or turn INTRO mode off. (Remote Only) Repeat • Press REPEA T on the remote control once to repeat all tracks. lights on the display .
10 EN Radio Selecting T uner Band 1. Press TUNER•BAND•APP on the main unit or tuner on the remote control to select TUNER. 2. Press TUNER•BAND•APP on the main unit or band•app on the remote control to select radio band. T uning to a Station Press TUNING - or + on the main unit or tune or to select frequencies.
11 EN Radio T uning to an RDS Station 1. Press PRESET ST A TION UP or DN to select the desired preset station or press TUNING - or + to tune to the desired frequency .
12 EN Tr oubleshooting Tips Solution • Check power cord for a secure connection. • Unplug the unit for a moment, and then plug into power source again. • Check the outlet by plugging in another device. • Increase the volume setting. • Check connection to speakers.
13 EN Maintenance Disconnect the audio system from the power source before performing any maintenance. Cleaning Clean the exterior of the system using a soft dust cloth. CD Player CAUTION! This system operates with a laser . It must be opened by only a qualified technician.
