User instructions 3. Operating instructions Once the di shwasher has been corre ctly installed, pr epare for use as follows: • Adjust the w ater softeni ng system; • Add the regenera ting salt; • Add the rinse a id and deter gent.
User instructions • Do not use table salt as it contain s insolub le substance s which, over time, m ay damage the water softe ning syst em. • When neces sary, refill t he regenerating salt container bef ore starting the washi ng program .
User instructions ADDING THE RINSE AID The rinse aid helps the dishes dry faster and prevents the formatio n of scale deposits and staining; it is automat ically added to the water during the fin al rinse cy cle, from t he container situated on t he inner si de of the door .

User instructions LOADING THE LOWER BASKET Carefully load flat plate s, soup plates, desser t and serving d ishes, positioning them vertically . Pots, pans and their cov ers must b e loaded upside d own. W hen loa ding sou p plates a nd dessert bow ls, be sure to leave a gap between them.
User instructions UPPER BASKET It is recom mended to lo ad the upper basket with small- or medium-siz ed items s uch as glasses, s mall plate s, tea or coff ee cups, shallow bow ls and light object s made from heat re sistant pl astic.

User instructions CLEANING THE SPRAY ARM, TRAVELLING VERSION To remove the TRAVELLING spray arm, take hold of it and raise it to release both t he spray ar m and the pi pe from the t ank, then de tach the spray arm fro m the pipe.

If any residues fall into the washing pit they might block hydrulic components, or foul the spray arm nozzles.
