Toshiba Assembly / Wiring After repair work, surely assemble the disassembl ed parts, an d connect and lead the removed wires as before. Perform the work so that the cabinet or panel does not catch the inner wires. If incorrect assembly or incorrect wire co nnection was done, a disaste r such as a leak or fire is caused at user’s side.
Toshiba Explanations given to us er If you have discovered that the fan grille is damaged, do not approac h the out door unit but set the circuit breaker to the OFF position, and contact a qualified se rvice person to have the repairs done. 6-3. Tools 6-3-1. Required Tools The service port diameter of packed valve of the outdoor unit in the air-water heat pump using R410A is changed to prevent mixing of other refrigerant. T o reinforce the pressure-resisting strength, flare processing dimensions and opposite side dimension of flare nut (For Ø12.
Connect the charge hose to packed valve service port at the outdoor unit’s gas side. Recover the refrigerant, and check no refrigerant remains in the equipment. (For refrigerant charging, see the figure below .) Connect the charge hose to the vacuum pump adapter .
