13 OVER VIEW FEA TURES/OPERA TIONS SAFETY AND EMERGENCY FEA TURES (1) Stow the seatbelt buckles and lower the head restraints. (2) Hook the seatbelt to the seatbelt hangers. (3) Fold down the seatback and swing the whole seat up and forward. (4) Hook the holding strap to the assist grip and secure the seat.
