18 USES OF THE T OP OVEN The top oven is the s m aller of the two ov ens. It is heate d b y elem ents in the top and bottom of the oven. It is designed f or c ooking on one leve l and f or s m all quantit ies of f ood. It g ives espec iall y go od r esults if us ed to cook fruit c akes , sweet or sa vour y flans or qu iche.

20 USES OF THE FA N OVEN The oven is heat ed by an element aro und the f an s ituated behind th e bac k panel. The f an dra ws air f rom the oven and the element h eats th e air which c irculates in t he ove n via the vents in t he bac k panel.
