The CLR2160 pr oduces up to 60 pounds of ice per da y and stores up to 30 pounds. While the CLRCO2175 can produce up to 40 poun ds or ice per da y and store up to 15 pounds.

6 U-Line Product Operation 12 3 5 4 T o check the actual pr oduct temperature in the unit . 1. Partially fill a plastic (nonbreakable) bottle wi th water . 2. Insert an accurate thermometer . 3. Tighten the bottle ca p securely . 4. Place the bottle in the desi red area for 24 hou rs.

8 U-Line Ice Maker Cle Clear Ice Mak er Cleaning Cycle Interv al - Ev er y 3 Months T o maintain operational efficiency , clean the unit every three months (depending on water con ditions, more or less fr equent cleaning ma y be necessar y).
U-Line Ice Makers 9 The unit will resume operatio n appr oximately 15 min utes after the automated cleaning pr ocess is completed. The wa ter fill valve will energize, fill the wate r reservoir , and shut-off after thr ee minutes. The compr essor begins to operate and water fl ows ov er the eva porator assembly (ice cube tra y).
