9 Dutchwest Non-Catal ytic Convection Heater 30003850 Fireplace Installations The Dutchwest Model 2478CE has a reversible flue col- lar to allow for either top exit or rear exit installations. Y ou may install your Dutchwest Model 2478CE in an existing fireplace as a fireplace insert with no legs, or with the standard legs attached.

Unpack the Parts Remove the bottom heat shield strapped to the top of the stove and all loose parts from the firebox and the ash pan.

17 Dutchwest Non-Catal ytic Convection Heater 30003850 Remove Ashes Frequently Wear heavy stove gloves when removing ashes. Check the ash compartment before reloading the stove. If the ash pan is nearly full, empty the pan. Before replacing the ash pan, clear away any ash that may have spilled over the sides and back of the pan.
