17 C l o c k s a n d T i m e r s Sett ing Cook T ime Pr ogra m COOK TIME automatically ends a cooking function. This feature does not automatically start a cooking function. This program is used for controlled timing of baked or r oasted foods. 1. Press the “COOK TIME” button once to access the timed cook mode.
19 Using the Oven Rack P ositio ns The convection oven is equipped with three tilt-pr oof racks and four rack positions. Position 4 is the farthest from the oven bottom. Position 1 is the closest to the oven bottom. The racks can be easily removed and arranged at various levels.
21 Conv ection C ookin g Tips (co nt.) • For three-rack baking, use any combination of rack positions 2, 3, and 4. For two-rack baking, use rack positions 2 and 4. Remember that the racks are number ed from bottom to top. • Items cooked in a convection function can be easily over baked.
