The versatile PR O 205 W eight Bench is designed to be used with your o wn weight set (not included) to de velop e ver y major muscle group of the body .
4 P AR T IDENTIFICA TION CHAR T This char t is provided to help you identify the small parts used in assembly . The number in parenthesis below each par t refers to the k ey number of the par t. The second number ref ers to the quantity needed for assemb ly .
5 1. Before beginning assemb ly , be sure that y ou have read and under stand the information in the bo x above. Set the Base (9) on the floor . The indented holes in the Base must be f acing the floor . Press two 38mm x 50mm Inner Caps (16) into the Base (9).
6 3. Attach the Cross Brace (21) to the Left Upright (1) with two M8 x 68mm Bolts (8), two M8 W ashers (2), and two M8 Nylon Loc knuts (7). Use the upper tw o holes, as shown. Attach the Cross Brace (21) to the Right Upright (22) with two M8 x 68mm Bolts (8), two M8 W ashers (2), and two M8 Nylon Lockn uts (7).
7 7. Press two 38mm x 50mm Inner Caps (16) into the Leg Le ver (23). Press a 1” Round Inner Cap (14) into the Leg Le ver . Press a 1” Angled Round Cap (11) onto the Leg Le ver . Lubricate an M10 x 75mm Bolt (5). Attach the Leg Le ver (23) to the F ront Leg (20) with the M10 x 75mm Bolt and an M10 Nylon Lockn ut (4).
8 10. Attach the Seat (18) to the Bench F rame (19) with two M6 x 16mm Scre ws (6). 11. Press 3/4” Round Inner Caps (25) into the ends of all three P ad T ubes (27). Inser t a P ad T ube (27) through the indicated hole in the Leg Le ver (23). Inser t another P ad T ube through the other hole in the Leg Le ver .
9 ADJUSTING THE WEIDER PR O 205 The weight bench is designed to be used with y our own weight set (not included). The steps below e xplain how the weight bench can be adjusted. See EXERCISE GUIDELINES on page 11 f or impor tant e x ercise information and ref er to the accompanying ex ercise poster to see the correct f o rm for each e xercise .
10 ST ORING THE WEIGHT BENCH The WEIDER ® PRO 205 w eight bench is designed to be f olded into a compact storage position when it is not in use. First remov e the Adjustment T ube (13). La y the Backrest (15) on the Bench F rame (19). F old the Bench Fr ame (19) up, as sho wn in the inset dra wing.

Y ou must also progressiv ely increase the intensity of your e x ercise so that your muscles will continually adapt and g row .
12 building w or kout, 1 minute after each set if y ou are doing a toning workout, and 30 seconds after each set if you are doing a w eight loss wor kout. Plan to spend the first couple of weeks f amiliar izing yourself with the equipment and learning the proper form for each e xer- cise.
