9 Ve n t F a n The vent fan has four speed s ranging fr om 4 (f astest ) to 1 (slow est) . 0 is off. T o protect the microwave oven , if the temperature from the range or cooktop below the microw ave oven gets too hot, the vent fan will a uto matica lly t ur n on at speed 4 .
