36 Troubleshooting 7. T r oubleshooting F requently ask ed questions (F A Q) The image is blurred: R ead the instructions on the link " Adjusting the Screen R esolution " on the CD , and then select the correct r esolution, refr esh rate an d mak e adjustments based on these instructions.
37 Troubleshooting Is the prompt on the display illuminated in orange? If the LED is illuminated in orange, the po we r management mode is ac tiv e. Pr ess an y button on the comput er keyboard or mo ve the mouse. If that does not help , check the signal cable connect ors.
38 Troubleshooting • If there ar e an y objects or clothi ng in brig ht co lors in front of the sensor . Brig ht colors (especially white and fluorescent c olors) reflect light and the sensor cannot detect the main light sources. The ECO sensor of the monitor does n ot work well.
