The de fault w ir eless c onnectio n mode is 802.11 b/g. The projector name is used to ide ntify which projector to connect when you ha ve multiple projectors availab le in the same lo cation.

Using th e projecto r 29 Pr eparing your c omputer fo r w ireless co nnection Checking the TCP/IP settings of your computer In order for the projector to connect to your computer successfully , your computer must allow aut omatic IP and DNS addre ss assignment in TCP/IP settings.

Installing W i reless W izard In ord er to get your c omputer ready fo r wireless c onnection to the pr ojector , you need to install W ireless Wizard.

Using th e projecto r 43 High Altitude Mode (Off) If you use this projec tor un der ot her ex trem e cond it ion s excludin g th e above, it may displ ay auto shu t-dow n sy mptoms, which is desig ned to protect your projector fro m over -heating . In cases like this, you should switch to Hig h Altit ude m ode to so lve t hes e sym p tom s.

Mainten ance 45 M aintenance Care o f the projector Y our projector ne eds little maintenanc e. The only thing yo u need to do on a regular basis is to kee p the lens clean. Never re move any parts of the projector ex cept the lamp. Contact your dealer if other parts need re placing.
Mainten ance 46 Calculation of la mp hour When the proje ctor is in op era tio n, th e dur atio n (by ho urs ) of lam p usa ge is autom at ical ly calculated by the built-in timer .

Troubl eshoot ing 51 T r oubleshootin g The projector does not turn on. No p i c t u re . Imag e is uns table . Image is blurred. Cause Remedy There is no power from the power cable. Plug the power cord into the AC inlet on the projector , and plug the p ower cord into the power outlet.
Troublesh ooting 52 Rem o te c on t ro l d o e s n o t w or k . U nable to use w ireless connection. Cause Remedy The battery is out of pow er . Replace the battery w ith a new one. There is an obstacle between t he remote control and the projector . Remove the obstacle.
