6 How to install your monitor h ardware H o w t o install y our monito r hard war e If the computer is turned on you must turn it of f before continuing. Do not plug-in or turn-on the power to t he monitor until instructed to do so. 1. Attac h the monitor base.
7 How to install your monitor hardware 2. Connect the video cable. Connect one end of the D VI-D cable to the monito r DVI-D sock et and the other end to the D VI-D port on yo ur co mp ut er. The DVI-D format is used for direct digit al connection between source video and dig it al LCD monitors or projectors.
8 How to install your monitor h ardware 4. Rout e the cables via the loose br ack et. R elease the cable retaining clip by squeezing the clip inwar ds as illustrated. P ositi on the cables together and reinsert the clip o ver them t o retain the cables neatly in place behind the monit or stand.

13 Getting the most from your BenQ monitor H ow t o install on W indows XP syst ems 1. Open Display P r opert ies . The quickest shortcut to Display P roperties is through the Windo ws desktop . Right-click the deskto p and select Prop er t i es from the po pup menu.

18 How to adjust the screen resolution H o w t o adjust the scr een resolution Due to the natur e of liquid cr ystal displa y (L CD) tech nology , the picture resolution is al way s fix ed. The best possible picture for y our FP91G/FP91G + is achiev ed with a resolution of 1280x1024.
