FAQ and Troubleshooting 46 • D elete temporary files and directories. Th is will increase hard disk space and reduce the time W indow takes t o access the hard drive. It will also help to solv e problems associated w ith spoolin g print job. 1. C lose all ru nning pro grams .
FAQ and Troubleshooting 47 DVD movies will not play . The region c ode of the DVD inserted must match tha t of the DVD playback soft- ware used. This reg ion code can be set up to f iv e times. If you have not reach ed this limit, a pro mpt will appear that will allow you t o change the region code of the sof tware to m atch tha t of the move.
