2-6 Genera l Procedures Removing and Replacing Die Pins 1 T o remove a nd replac e individ ual die pi ns, slide the Press ure Bar releas e levers to the side and l ift the Pressure Bar of f of the Die, as shown in Fi gure 2-4. Y ou may now remov e and repl ace indivi dual die pins.
Cent erin g the Pu nch 2-7 2 Centering the Punch The purpos e of th is proced ure is to center the punched hole s et on the paper . 1 Set up th e FusionPunc h II in t he following mod es and destinati on; " Offline / Punch / Stac k 1 " (or Stack 2 ).
2-8 Genera l Procedures 9 If the holes are centered , go on to Setting t he Side Guide. If the ho les are not centered , go on to Step 10 to a d just the Punch. 10 Open the Ri ght Punch Door . 11 Loosen th e Locking W ing Nut, as shown in Figure 2-6 .

Adjust a s follows : n To i ncrease the margi n between t he leadi ng edge of the c opy and the punc hed holes, turn the Backgauge Adjustment K nob counter clockwise .

Using the GBC Stacker 2-27 2 T o lower the Stacker T ray for unloading, go to the FusionPunc h II Control Panel and do the following : 1 If in C ycle U p mode: n and only o ne stacker is i nstalle d, wait for the Fusio nPunch II and the host printer to cycle down.
