T o ensure cor rect operation, the appliance should be located where the ambient t emperature is between 1 0-32 °C.

8 The F reez er F reezing fresh food When freezing fresh food alwa ys place the food in the freezing compar tment which is the top drawer in the freezer section. 1 . T urn the ther mostat control knob to the maximum setting. 2. Place the food to be fr ozen in the top drawer .
9 Defrosting Refrigerator The refrigerator defrosts e ver y time the compressor stops. The wat er is discharged, via the pipe, into a tray located at the back of the appliance above the compressor , where it evaporates.
10 Maintenance and Cleaning F reez er The freezer compar tment will become progressively covered with frost. This should be removed with the special plastic scraper provided, whenever the thickness of the frost reaches 6 mm ( ¾ ”). During this operation it is not necessar y to swit ch of the power supply or to remove the f oodstuf fs.
