11 In s ta l l at i o n - M o unt i ng t he H o o d All Electrical work must by performed by qualied electrician or person with similar technical know how and bac kgr ound. F or personal saf ety , remove house fuse or open circuit breaker before beginning installation.
12 I n s t a lla t io n - M o u n ti n g th e H o o d 1. Mount motor housing to the range hood b ody using (10) 1/2” self tapping screws. 2. Determine height of hood, measure and select either 27 3/8” or 35 3/8” angle brac kets and attach (4) of them to the motor housing using (8) 1/2” self tapping screws (2) for each angle brac ket.
13 I n s t a lla t io n - M o u n ti n g th e H o o d 5. Lift assembled unit and atta ch all (4) angle bra ckets to ceiling bra cket. Make sure the tabs on eac h angle bra ckets are facing the outside. T he angle brackets will t between the slots on the ceiling bra cket.

16 Filter Clean Reminder (Standard Bae Filters tted): A set of bae lters are tted by the factory . These Bae Filters are intended to lter out residue from cooking. They need not be replaced on a regular basis but are required to be kept clean.
www .zephyronline.com 17 M a int e n a nce - C le aning Surface Maintenance: Clean periodically with hot soapy water and clean cotton cloth. Do not use corrosive or abrasive detergent , or steel wool/scouring pads which will scratch and damage surface.
18 Ma i n t e n an c e - Lights R eplacing Light Bulbs: CA UTION: Light bulbs become extremely hot when turned on. DO NO T touch bulbs until switc hed o and cooled. T ouching hot bulbs may cause serious burns. Make sure all power is turned o and bulbs are not hot.
