Y1 -06-020 9G 6 SECTION 3 – HOW TO DETERMINE HRU EXPIRATION DATE The ACR HydroFix ™ HR U is a replaceable part and, as such, has dating associated with it. T he HRU must be r eplaced tw o (2) years from the install date or four (4) years from the date of man ufacture, whichev er is less.

Y1 -06-020 9G 8 11.) Reinstall the beacon with the lan yard facing toward the b ack of the bracket. 12.) Place the brack et top c over on top of the bottom cover . 13.) Make sure the bottom hinge and th e top handle are secure ly connected . 14.) Place HRU ex piration lab el ( K) on the outside of y our bracket in a vi si ble location.
Y1 -06-020 9G 9 SECTION 5 – INST A LLING THE HRU IN A Sea Shelter 2 ™ BRACKET The f ollow ing ACR EPIRBs are c ompatible with the SeaShelter 2 ™ (ACR P/ N 9435/9455): GlobalFix ™ 406 RapidFix .
