2 FEATURES Your R adioShack T wo–St ation FM W irel ess Int ercom is an advanc ed one-channe l intercom sy stem that is co nve- nie nt and eas y to use. Insta llatio n is quick and simple. Plug each of the two supplied stat ions into a standard AC outlet , and y ou are ready to tal k or monitor an area wher e a stati on i s ins ta lled.

4 IN STALLATI ON You can insta ll t h e stations almos t anywhere there is a standard AC outlet. Simply plug each station into an AC outlet, then plac e it o n a desk, she lf , or t able, or mount it on a wall. Imp ort a n t: • Y ou must connect all of t h e stations to AC outlets originating from t he same phas e of a powe r line transformer .
5 MOUNTING TH E STATION S To moun t a station on the w all, you need two screws (not supp li ed) with heads that fit into the keyhole slots on the bottom of t he stations. Follow these steps to mount a station on the wall . 1. Mark th e mounting sc rew locations 2 3 / 4 in ch es (7 0 mm ) apa rt, one ab ove the other .
6 OPE RA TION T URNING A STAT ION ON AND OF F/ ADJUSTING TH E V OLUME To turn on a station , rot ate VOLUME to th e le ft un ti l it clicks. When t he TALK BA R lights steadil y to show t he station has power, rotate VOLUME le ft o r r ig ht to i nc r ea s e or decre ase the volume l evel.
7 3. Hold down TA L K and speak in a normal voice. The station’s T A LK indi cator lights. When you finish spea king, rele ase TA L K and listen for t h e response. Notes: • O nly o ne p arty can t alk at a t im e. Wait until the ot her party fini shes bef ore ans wering.
8 MONITORING You can set one station so it con tinuously transm its. For example, you could set t he station in a baby’s bedroom to pick up an y sounds in that bed room, then li sten at the station in the ki tchen to moni tor the sounds. You can monitor only one station at a time.
9 W hen you press LOCK on a station, another station cann ot call or talk to that station until you press TA L K to releas e the lock. (Pres sing CALL or turning off the stat ion also rel eases t he lock). USIN G ADDITIONAL STATIO NS You can add addition al stations, such as RadioShack Cat.

11 Modi fying or tampering wit h the intercom stations’ in ternal compone nts can c ause a malfunction and might inval idate your intercom’s warrant y and voi d your FCC a uthorization to ope rate it. If your intercom stations are not perf ormi n g as they shou ld, take them to your local RadioShac k store for a ssistance.
