14 Attac hing the door Reattach th e oven d oor in the reverse sequence to removal. 1. When attaching the oven d oor, ens ure that both hinges are inserted straight into the opening ( figure A). 2. The notch on the h inge must engage on both sides (fi gure B ).

20 G rilli n g When grilling, preheat t he oven for app r ox. 3 m inutes, before putting the food i n. Alwa ys grill with the oven door closed. As far as possible, the pieces of food you are grilling should be of eq ual thickness. This will allow t hem to brown ev enly and remai n su c cu len t and ju icy .
