19 ICE CREAM DARK CHOC OLA TE ICE CREA M INGREDIENTS 1 ½ cups (375ml) milk 150g dark 7 0% cocoa mass ch ocolate, chopped 1 ¼ cups pure cr eam 4 egg yolk s ½ cup caster s ugar 1 teas poon vanilla extra ct METHOD 1.
20 ICE CREAM QUICK V ANILLA ICE CREAM INGREDIENTS 1 ½ cups (375ml) milk 1 ¼ cups pure cr eam 2 x 60g eggs ½ cup caster s ugar 1 teas poon vanilla extra ct METHOD 1. Blend all th e ingredients in a blender until well combin ed. 2. Refrigerate mixture f or at least 2 ho urs.

24 SORBET S STRA WBERRY SORBE T INGREDIENTS ½ cup caster s ugar 2 x punnets (500g) stra wberries, wash ed, hulled 1 teas poon lemon juice METHOD 1. Add 65ml/¼ c up water and sug ar to a small sa ucepan, he at ov er medium he at, stirring to dissol ve the sug ar and bring to the boil.
