R4 TOMATO SOUP Serves 2-4 1 tablespoon oil 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed 1 brown onion, peeled and diced 2 x 410g cans diced tomatoes 1 tablespoon tomato paste 2 teaspoons brown sugar 1.

R7 SUGA R SYRUP Makes approx. 2 cups 1 cup white sugar 1 cup/250mlwater 1. Place sugar and water into a saucepan and bring to theboil.
