Then, pull the th read toward you to cut it with the cutter ( 3 ).

Appliqué , Patchwor k and Qu ilt Stitchi ng 97 3 Free-motion quilting With free-moti on quil ting, the f eed dogs can be lowered (using the drop fe ed leve r) so that t he fabric can be moved freel y in any di recti on. The quilt ing foot is n eeded for fre e-motion qui lting.
