Chapter 2 16 How to loa d envelopes and pos t cards 2 a Before loading, press the corners and sides o f t he envelopes or post cards to make them as flat as possible. Note If the envelopes or post cards a re ‘double- feedin g, ’ put one envelop e or post card in the paper tray at a time.
