3 2 Remove the packing materi al fro m the machine CAUTION CAUTION DO NOT eat the s ilica gel pa ck, p lease throw it away. If ingested, seek medical attention immediate ly. a Remove t he pac king ta pe from the outside of the machine. b Fully ope n the top cov er by li fting up on the handle a .
4 g Using both hands, hold each drum and toner cartridge assem bly level, and g ently s hake it from side to side several times to distribut e the toner evenly inside the assemb ly. h Slide all f our drum and toner cartridge assemblies i nto t he machi ne.
5 d Load paper in the tray and m ake sure: The pap er is below t he ma ximum paper mar k ( bbb ) a . Overf illin g the pape r tray w ill cause paper jams . The side to b e printed on is face down . The pap er gu ides touch the s ides of the paper s o it will f eed properly.
